How to avail the Free Tickets

1. Just logon to Yatra.com to book a return air ticket from US to India online.

2. Note down your Yatra reference number and date of booking.

3. Call 1-888-4MY-YATRA Or 1888-469-9287 to redeem the free air tickets and provide your Yatra reference number and date when the International ticket was booked for the verification.

4. After providing verification to our customer service representative, you can provide your desired sectors where you wish to travel along with the dates and names of the passengers (you can gift the tickets to your immediate relatives as well).

5. Our customer service representative will book your flights (subject to availability) and issue the tickets and e-mail you on your E mail address.

Eligibility

1. Any Person who is buying return ticket from US to India online on Yatra.com during 21st Nov to 31st Dec will be eligible to get two free one way domestic tickets to fly with in India on Air Deccan.

2. The person who is buying one way ticket From US to India will not be eligible to get any free ticket.

Terms & Conditions

1. The free ticket can be redeemed by calling Yatra Customer Service Number 1-888-4MY-YATRA. or 1888-469-9287.

2. Customers need to give Yatra reference number to avail the free tickets.

3. Free tickets are only valid for travel between 10th Jan 2008 -29th March 2008.

4. The request for availing the free tickets should be made at least 7 days prior to date of travel.

5. Customer can gift the tickets to any of his Family members but he/she has to inform Yatra in advance regarding the same.

6. Once the tickets are issued it can not be cancelled or transferred to any other name.

7. Free tickets are subject to availability of seats. In case seats are not confirmed, next best alternate itinerary will be offered.

8. Free tickets once booked cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

9. All relevant air ticket taxes for the free tickets have to be paid by customer which are non refundable.

10. Free tickets will be offered for travel on Air Deccan only and no request will be entertained for any other airline.

11. The baggage allowance for the domestic tickets will be provided as per the airlines rules only, in case of extra baggage passenger has to pay for the extra baggage directly to the Airline as per the airline rules.

12. In case of any rescheduling or cancellation of the flight by the airline will be entirely the matter between airline and customer , Yatra holds no responsibly of such case and it will be sole discretion of the airline if they provide any alternative on such scenario or not.

13. The free tickets can not be encashed or exchanged in terms of any discount or any other monetary value.

14. In case the international ticket between US to India will be refunded after availing the free tickets USD 50 per passenger will be deducted from his refund amount over and above the actual cancellation penalty of the international ticket

15. Free tickets cannot be availed for following sectors

* Delhi -Trivandrum-Delhi
* Kolkatta – Port Blair – Kolkatta
* Chennai –Port Blair- Chennai
* Delhi Kullu Delhi
* Delhi –Dharmsala-Delhi
* Chennai- Agartala – Chennai
* Banglore –Gauwahati –Banglore
* Delhi –Dehradun-Delhi
* Delhi –Shimla-Delhi
* Kolkatta – Jamshedpur-Kolkatta

16. Yatra reserve the rights to add, modify, alter, withdraw all or any of the terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or to withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.

17. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer & promotions on yatra.com

18. Excepting any inconsistency, standard website Terms and Conditions on air-tickets and air-travel apply to all tickets, including the free tickets.

19. This is a promotional offer and Yatra hold no liability directly or Indirectly in any change / rescheduling cancellation and any direct or indirect loss faced by the customer / Passenger.

20. These Terms subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Gurgaon.
