Terms & Conditions- The offer is valid for Spicejet tickets booked through Yatra.com from 12th -31st December, 2008.
- The traveling date of the booking to be qualified for promotion should be between 12th to 31st December, 2008.
- The offer entitles the customer to a zero base fare, however taxes and surcharges will be borne by the customer.
- Free air ticket will be offered to same passengers who has traveled on the earlier ticket. It is non transferable.
- The free air ticket is valid for travel between 10th Jan, 2009 to 28th March, 2009. However it is invalid for travel between 23rd Jan, 2009
and 26th Jan, 2009. - The redemption of free air tickets has to be done before 10th Jan, 2009.
- Free ticket will be non changeable and non refundable.
- The redemption of free tickets can be done after completing the travel.
- The offer is not valid on cancelled bookings.
- Free ticket will offered on Spicejet’s network.
- This offer is not valid for infant booking.
- The free tickets would be subject to availability of seats and will be subject to standard terms and conditions of the airline.
- The booking request needs to be sent at least 3 days prior to free ticket travel date. For clarity, if the passenger wants to travel on 13th January, 2009, he needs to give his booking request latest by 10th January, 2009.
- Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
- All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned for the cancellations and date change on the Yatra Website would apply.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with other offers on the participating Airlines currently running on www.yatra.com. In case of any dispute or discretion, Yatra.com’s decision will be binding to the promotion.
- Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon.
- This promotion is funded by Yatra.com and Yatra.com reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this offer without any prior information.
Redemption Process- Customer can only avail the offer once the return travel has been completed.
