• Yatra.com will not be held liable for any cancellation, postponement etc. of the travel loan for which the booking is done by the Customer and that Yatra.com shall in no way be liable to reimburse any losses to the Customer on an occurrence of such an event.

Also, Yatra.com bears no responsibility for the nature of services/amenities provided during the designated Citibank person and will not entertain any complaints/disputes regarding the same. • For example, on a transaction for the sector India – Singapore - India where the price of the ticket is Rs. 12,000, the Yatra Authorization Code that gets generated is 618014, the sum of the discount code works out to

• This offer is not valid on cancelled air tickets/bookings or on chargeback transactions. All such cancelled tickets/bookings or charge back transactions will not be considered under the Program.
