Cash back offer” (“Program”) on International Air Tickets is open to all residents of India (Except in the State of Tamil Nadu) holding a valid Citibank Credit Card issued in India and excluding Diners Club British Airways, International Times and Citibank World Money Cards.
• The "Citibank Credit Cards -Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. Cash back offer” (“Program”) on domestic hotel booking is open to all residents of India (Except in the State of Tamil Nadu) holding a valid Citibank Credit Card issued in India and excluding Diners Club Taj Epicure, Diners Club British Airways, International Times and Citibank World Money Cards.
• Under this Program, transactions on Citibank Credit Cards at www.yatra.com will be considered as eligible transactions for Cash back during the above Program Period, details of the same are mentioned below.
• The program will be valid from 10th June till 25th August, 2008
• This Offer is Valid on booking of International Air Tickets and domestic Hotel online bookings on www.yatra.com.
• On booking the International air tickets or domestic hotel using Citibank Credit Card, customers will receive a six digit Yatra Authorization Code.

• For example, on a transaction for the sector India – Singapore - India where the price of the ticket is Rs. 12,000, the Yatra Authorization Code that gets generated is 618014, the sum of the discount code works out to
  6 + 1 + 8 + 0 + 1 + 4 = 20
  As per the above chart, a sum of 20 will entitle this transaction to a discount of Rs. 5000. However, please note that there is a maximum cap of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for Cash Back on a single Credit Card during the promotion period.
• If the Cash Back on any transaction is more than the base fare, then Customer will be entitled to 100% Cash Back on the base fare
• To make the offer more powerful Yatra has made the following two changes in the Citibank cash back program which would be valid w.e.f. 4 july 2008.
• The Citibank cash back program has extended to one way International Air ticket bookings or on all Hotel bookings made through Citibank credit card.
• Citibank credit card holders can avail the cash back offer even, if a Citibank card holder is not one of the traveller / passenger in the travel list.
• All purchases made under the Promotion shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules http://www.yatra.com/YT/YT_common/termsOfService.html. In case of a cancellation, Yatra.com shall adjust the Cash Back amount and all applicable cancellation charges.
• Taxes, surcharge and other statutory levies will be charged as per actual from the customer.
• The Cash Back amount is non transferable and non negotiable.
• All International Air tickets bookings or Hotel bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the Standard Airline or hotel terms & conditions.
• The Credit Card amount shall be credited back to the same Citibank Credit Card which has been used to make the payment for the respective International air ticket booking or Domestic Hotel booking.
• The Cash Back offer is not valid for travel agents. Yatra reserves the right to reverse the cash back if such a case is brought or comes to its notice.
• Yatra and Citibank is neither responsible for nor guarantees the quality or delivery of the airlines and hotel services and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Customers under the Program. In case a Cardholder has any complaints, disputes, issues related to the quality, suitability of any services related to/offered by the airlines, the Cardholder may get in touch with the airlines / hotel directly.
• This offer is not valid on cancelled air tickets/bookings or on chargeback transactions. All such cancelled tickets/bookings or charge back transactions will not be considered under the Program. Yatra.com reserves the right to reverse the credit transactions in case the ticket is found to be cancelled later.
• Citibank Credit Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in this Program. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
• The amount of Cash back for the eligible Citibank Credit Cardholders will reflect in the respective Credit card billing statement and not on the ticket / hotel voucher.
• Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Program by any other Program, whether similar to this Program or not or to withdraw it altogether.
• The Cash Back offer under this program cannot be clubbed with other offers running parallel on www.yatra.com.
• Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the state of Gurgaon.
