Terms & Conditions

This offer is open and valid only for:
a. Citizens of India, permanently residing in India;
b. Who has at-least completed one part of his/her travel before August 15,and
c. Who has submitted his/her “slogan”.
The winner’s name will be picked by a lucky draw on September 16, 2010.
The lucky draw process will be transparent and audited by an independent third party.
For the house, the winner will have to pay only the applicable registration and stamp duty, while the price of the house will be provided free. It is clarified that:
a. “house” shall mean and imply a 2BHK flat/apartment/house, not exceeding 2000 square feet built-up area, in any part of the city of your residence (within municipal limits).
b. “price” shall mean and include the basic price of the house on a built-up area basis, but shall not include other payments like maintenance deposits, car-parking charges, society charges, external developmental charges, preferential location charges, club membership, etc. (as may be applicable)
c. Income tax, gift tax, levies or other taxes, if any, etc. will be borne by the winner..
Employees of Reliance Consumer Finance & their relatives; employees of Yatra and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this scheme.
Winner will be announced on website www.yatra.com.
The house shall be non-transferable and non–substitutable, unless the winner is a minor below the age of 18. In the event of the winner being a minor, the house shall be registered in the name of either parent (as may be nominated by the winner).
In the event the house is not able to be identified or gifted to the winner within sixty (60) days of the announcement of the winner, then the Companies reserve the right to offer a cash prize of an amount of Rs. 40 lakhs in lieu of the same, without any additional liability.
The Companies reserve the right to check winner’s identity proof for their authenticity and reject them if not found genuine.

• Note down your Yatra reference no and date of booking after you have booked your US to India ticket.
• While availing the free tickets, please speak to our customer care representatives and provide your Yatra reference no and date when the International ticket was booked for the verification.

• You simply need to pay for the applicable taxes and our customer service will book your flights (subject to availability) and would email your etickets on your E mail address.
  

Terms and Conditions

• The free ticket can be redeemed by calling Yatra Customer Service.
  
• Customers need to give Yatra reference number to avail the free tickets. Free tickets are only valid for travel between 1st July 10 - 30th Sep 10.
• Once the tickets are issued it can not be cancelled.
• These tickets are transferable i.e. they can be given to anyone you know
• Out of all domestic tickets availed under the offer; at least 1 domestic ticket must be utilized by the lead passenger.
• Free tickets are subject to availability of seats. In case seats are not confirmed, next best alternate itinerary will be offered.
• Free tickets once booked cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
• In the event of cancellation of main International ticket, the utilized domestic tickets will be adjusted at Rs. 500/- each; along with the applicable Yatra cancellation fee and Airlines cancellation charges.
• Ticket taxes for the free tickets have to be paid by customer, in advance, which are non refundable. In case Yatra is not able to offer the requested flights (due to lack of availability), the taxes will be refunded in full.
• Free tickets have to be booked at least 17 working days prior to the travel date and will be offered for travel on Indigo only for the sectors operated by them and no request will be entertained for any other airline.
• The baggage allowance for the domestic tickets will be provided as per the airlines rules only, in case of extra baggage passenger has to pay for the extra baggage directly to the Airline as per the airline rules.
• In case of any rescheduling or cancellation of the flight by the airline will be entirely the matter between airline and customer , Yatra hold no responsibly of such case it will be sole discretion of the airline if they provide any alternative on such scenario or not.
• The free tickets can not be en-cashed or exchanged in terms of any discount or any other monetary value
• Yatra reserve the rights to add, modify, alter, withdraw all or any of the terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or to withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.
