• Free tickets are only valid for travel between 1st Aug 09 -15th Oct 09. The domestic Air tickets need to be requested a minimum of 7 days in advance from the requested travel date.
• Once the tickets are issued it can not be cancelled or transferred to any other name.
• Free air tickets are subject to availability of seats. In case seats are not confirmed, next best alternate itinerary will be offered.
• Free tickets once booked cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
• Ticket taxes for the free tickets have to be paid by customer, in advance, which are non refundable. In case Yatra is not able to offer the requested flights (due to lack of availability), the taxes will be refunded in full.

• The baggage allowance for the domestic air tickets will be provided as per the airlines rules only, in case of extra baggage passenger has to pay for the extra baggage directly to the Airline as per the airline rules.
