10. The discount will be applicable on the base fare / base tariff (excluding taxes) as the case may be & on per booking basis. All taxes, government levies, charges are payable by customer and are not part of the discount offer.
11. If the Cardholder cancels the travel booking after the discount amount is credited, Yatra Online Pvt Ltd will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty.
12. Discount will not be valid on cancelled flight tickets/bookings or for charge back transactions. In case any one-way Air ticket is cancelled, discount will not be valid. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the discount in case the ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later. E.g. If a Cardholder has paid Rs.5000 (price quoted) for a travel service on www.yatra.com and a discount of Rs.250 has been credited to the Cardholders account, the net amount paid by the Cardholder is Rs.4750. Thus, if the Cardholder cancels the booking, Yatra Online Pvt Ltd will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty along with the discount recovery of Rs. 250/- (which have been availed by the cardholder during the booking) from Rs.4750 and the balance amount will be credited to the cardholder's account.
13. The flight tickets, train tickets, hotels are subject to the availability and will be governed by the Standard Terms & Conditions of the airlines, railways & hotels.
14. The Promotion will not be applicable if the hotel is running a cash back offer itself or declared black-out dates.

22. ICICI Bank & Yatra Online Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
23. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurgaon only.
