Terms and Conditions

1. This Offer is made solely and entirely by Yatra Online (P) Ltd (“www.yatra.com”) and is available and open to all residents of India holding a valid Credit & Debit card of ICICI Bank Limited.
2. The Promotion is valid on online flight (domestic & international), train bookings, Rail tour packages (domestic), hotel & holiday (domestic) bookings only.
3. The offer is valid on the bookings from 28th October 2010 to 31st December 2010.
4. Cardholder is required to make the full payment using his/her ICICI Bank Credit Card, Debit card or ICICI Net banking to avail the benefits.
5. ICICI Credit and Debit cardholder would be requiring enter the promotion code ‘ICICI followed by first 6 six digit of ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card’ to avail the offer. (e.g. If ICICI Bank credit card number is 1234 5678 9120 0000, then customer have to mention "ICICI123456" as the code in the promotion code filed to avail the discount) during the booking process on www.yatra.com.
6. ICICI Net banking customers would be requiring enter the promotion code ‘ICICINET' to avail the offer during the booking process on www.yatra.com.
7. The hotel/holiday e-voucher and/or m-voucher of Rs.250/- in the event of rail ticket booking to ICICI Bank cardholders shall be sent to the Cardholder by Yatra Online (P) Ltd. within 2 working days of booking and shall be valid for 90 days. This voucher can be redeemed on the Website of Yatra Online (P) Ltd. (www.yatra.com) for booking a hotel or holiday.
8. The Cardholder will get the discount/offer as per the price quoted by Yatra Online Pvt Ltd on www.yatra.com (Yatra’s website).
9. In case, the Cardholder fails to make full payment through his/her ICICI Bank Credit Card and/or fails to enter the discount code, he/she will not be eligible for the offer.
10. The discount will be applicable on the base fare / base tariff (excluding taxes) as the case may be & on per booking basis. All taxes, government levies, charges are payable by customer and are not part of the discount offer.
11. If the Cardholder cancels the travel booking after the discount amount is credited, Yatra Online Pvt Ltd will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty.
12. Discount will not be valid on cancelled flight tickets/bookings or for charge back transactions. In case any one-way Air ticket is cancelled, discount will not be valid. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the discount in case the ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later. E.g. If a Cardholder has paid Rs.5000 (price quoted) for a travel service on www.yatra.com and a discount of Rs.250 has been credited to the Cardholders account, the net amount paid by the Cardholder is Rs.4750. Thus, if the Cardholder cancels the booking, Yatra Online Pvt Ltd will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty along with the discount recovery of Rs. 250/- (which have been availed by the cardholder during the booking) from Rs.4750 and the balance amount will be credited to the cardholder's account.
13. The flight tickets, train tickets, hotels are subject to the availability and will be governed by the Standard Terms & Conditions of the airlines, railways & hotels.
14. The Promotion will not be applicable if the hotel is running a cash back offer itself or declared black-out dates.
15. This offer is not valid for split bookings where customer makes multiple bookings to avail multiple discounts. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount or cancel the booking if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra notice.
16. All transactions made under this Promotion are shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules.
17. Customer cannot club two Promotions during the same transaction. The discount benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on www.yatra.com.
18. Date change, name changes are allowed, subject to the Airline & Hotels rules as modified from time to time. However the Cardholder has to bear the additional charges as required.
19. The Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Promotion. Any such participation is voluntary and the Promotion is being made purely on a ‘best effort basis’.
20. Prior to logging on to www.yatra.com, the Cardholder should read, understand and accept the Terms of Service of the said website and proceed to make purchases only if the cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder shall be required to give personal information and credit card details online for the tickets purchased on www.yatra.com. The Cardholder should read and understand the Privacy policy for the Yatra Online (P) Ltd website, prior to providing such information.
21. ICICI Bank Cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from buying tickets for their customers using their own ICICI Bank cards. Yatra Online Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel such tickets and/or recover the discounted amount if such a case comes to the notice of Yatra Online Pvt Ltd.
22. ICICI Bank & Yatra Online Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
23. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurgaon only.
24. ICICI Bank and Yatra.com is neither responsible for nor guarantees the quality or delivery of the airlines, railways, hotels or any other service provider and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder under the Promotion.
25. ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the airline, Railways, hotel or any other service provider. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and/or services must be resolved by the Cardholder with the airline, railway, hotel & other service provider directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
26. ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / prizes availed by the Card Holder/s under the Program offered by the Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd.
27. The offer is sponsored by Yatra Online Pvt Ltd and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Yatra Online Pvt Ltd in this regard.
28. ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the discount offer.
29. The promotion is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such promotion cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
