8. The package would be of 2 nights 3 day to South Africa including one Free ticket of Mumbai Indian - IPL match. This offer cannot guarantee on “Front Seats” being provided; the stadium tickets could be for any seat inside the stadium.
9. The Free package would include the
airfare from Delhi or Mumbai to Johannesburg plus the hotel stay in South Africa. The choice of hotel and Airlines would be at Yatra.com’s discretion, without any guarantees or representations being made on the class or category. All local transportation costs within India and South Africa, including
domestic flights, if any, would be borne by the winners. Yatra will provide the assistance on best effort basis and also can provide the additional services which are not part of the package on chargeable basis. Airport taxes, surcharges, service taxes, visa charges, windfall tax and any other similar levy will be charged as per actual from the customer, without any Discount/Cash Back offered on them.
10. The prize is not transferable by the winners, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Yatra reserves the right to transfer the prize to someone else in case of a dispute with the winner or if the winner does not produce proper travel documents within a specified date indicated by Yatra.
11. These packages would be time bound packages with specific date of departure and would be valid till May 22 May 2009, and all travel shall needs to be completed before 22 May 2009. No requests for change of date of travel, or extension of the package will be entertained.
