1. This cash back offer is open to all residents of India holding a valid Yatra Barclays Platinum Credit card.
2. This promotion is valid only to the customers who purchase an air ticket for any direct flight of Virgin Atlantic to any international location from yatra.com. This promotion is valid for online bookings only done on yatra.com.
3. The offer is open with immediate effect. To be eligible for Cash back, Yatra Barclays Credit Cardholder should have carried out the transaction at the website yatra.com using a valid yatra Barclays Credit Card within the Offer Period. Offer valid only at the time of booking.
4. The cash back offer is for all bookings fully paid for between and inclusive of the given dates. However, the travel date could be outside the offer period.
5. This Offer will not be valid on cancelled air tickets or for chargeback transactions. All such cancelled tickets or charge back transactions will not be considered under the Offer. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the credit transactions in case the ticket is found to be cancelled later.
6. For every International Air ticket booked on yatra.com, a customer can get maximum cash back of 5% on the base fare for all direct flights to London & US. Offer applicable for all Economy, Premium Economy & Business Class tickets.
7. The cash back shall be credited to the same credit card used for the purpose of making the payment at the time of purchase. All purchases made under the Promotion shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. In case of a cancellation, Yatra.com shall adjust the cash back amount and all applicable cancellation charges.
8. The cash back offer is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra.com reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra.com's notice.
9. The cash back offer is valid only for such bookings where holder of the credit card through which booking was done is one of the passengers who are flying.
10. Taxes, surcharge and other statutory levies on the air tickets will be will be charged as per actual from the customer, without any cash back offered on them.
11. All tickets will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the Standard Airline Terms & Conditions.
12. The amount of Cash back will reflect in the respective credit card billing statement of next month (within 30 working days from the date of transaction) and not on the air ticket.
13. Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
14. All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the Yatra Website would apply.
15. This cash back offer is funded by a special marketing budget created by Yatra Online Private Limited and is subjected to change at the discretion of Yatra at any point of time during the promotion.
16. The Services (Air travel tickets booked) are offered directly by the respective Airlines and Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. is neither responsible nor guarantees quality, delivery of the airline services being offered nor is it liable if the same are in any way deficient.
17. The Cash Back offer under this offer cannot be clubbed with other offers on the participating Airlines currently running on yatra.com In case of any discretion, Yatra.com’s decision will be binding to the promotion.
18. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon.
