Terms & Conditions

• This Yatra BarclayCard Platinum Credit Card Benefits Program is open to cardholders of Cards issued in India & whose accounts are current and in good standing.
• Cardholders are required to use their Yatra BarclayCard Platinum Credit Card payment cards to avail / pay for all benefits & services under this program.
• Benefits under the program will only be provided online through www.yatra.com, the website of Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd
• The Yatra BarclayCard Platinum Credit Card Benefits Program is in operation from immediate effect and is in effect till 30 Nov. 2008.
• The Discount will be in the form of Cash Back. Cash Back will be valid on bookings on all scheduled Domestic and International Airlines - Full Service and Low Cost Carriers (except for Air Deccan) and all Domestic and International Hotels & Holidays made through Yatra.com. However, bookings on Air Deccan shall not be valid for discount/Cash Back.
• A Yatra BarclayCard Platinum Credit Cardholder is eligible for 10% Cash Back on the base fare of air tickets and on basic room rate for hotel bookings subject to the under-mentioned maximum limits per calendar year:

• Cash Back will be valid for air tickets/hotel bookings for which full payment has been made to Yatra.com.
• The Cash Back is valid only for such bookings where holder of the Card through which payment was made is one of the travelers/guests.
• Taxes, surcharges and other statutory levies on the air tickets and Hotel rooms/holidays will be will be charged as per actual from the customer, without any Discount/Cash Back offered on them.
• All air tickets / bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the Standard Airline and Hotel Terms & Conditions.
• The amount of Discount/Cash Back will reflect in the respective Card statement of next month (usually within 30 working days from the date of transaction) and not on the ticket & will reflect in the statement in the next months billing cycle.
• Discount/Cash back will not be valid on cancelled tickets/bookings or for charge back transactions. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the cash back in case the ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later.
• The Cash Back shall be credited to the same Card used for the purpose of making the payment at the time of purchase. All purchases made under the Program shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules.
• Yatra shall charge a service fee for Visa facilitation of Rs. 299/- per Visa. All other fees and levies will be borne by the Cardholder.
• The Yatra BarclayCard Platinum Credit Card benefits program is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back if such a case is brought or comes to its notice.
• Barclays Bank & Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
• The Benefits under this Program are offered by Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. and Barclays Bank is neither responsible for nor guarantees the quality or delivery of the benefits/services.
• The use of a Yatra BarclayCard Platinum Credit Card by a cardholder is governed by the terms and conditions as specified by Yatra.com & Barclays Bank. Yatra.com is neither responsible nor guarantees the efficiency of use of Yatra BarclayCard Platinum Credit Card by cardholder and is not liable for any defect that a cardholder may face with the use of the same.
• The benefits under the program cannot be clubbed with other offers running on www.yatra.com. In case of any dispute or discretion, Yatra Online’s decision will be binding.
• All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the Yatra Website would apply.
• All other standard Terms & Conditions of respective hotels & Airlines would apply.
• Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon.
• Barclays Bank is neither responsible for services offered nor is it liable for any defect or shortcoming of facilitating process of the services so obtained/availed or redeemed by the Yatra Barclaycard holder.
• Any dispute regarding service or quality of the offer must be addressed in writing, by the Yatra Barclaycard holder directly to Yatra.com. Barclays Bank will not entertain any communication in this regard.
• Yatra Online is neither responsible for services offered nor is it liable for any defect or shortcoming of Airlines & Hotels of the services so obtained/availed or redeemed by the Yatra Barclaycard holder.
• Yatra reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this offer by any other offer, whether similar to this offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
