Terms & conditions

1. This offer is open only for Indian citizens holding any valid credit card.
2. This offer is valid for cash back only on transactions made on Yatra.com Mobile application or on Wap.yatra.com or on Yatra-Ngpay
3. A cash back of Rs. 250/- per booking would be made for each of the first four bookings made by the customer. The customer will be identified by the mobile number from which the booking has been made.
4. This offer is valid only on domestic flights on any sector and on any airliner booked using a valid credit card issued in India.
5. The cash back amount will normally reflect in the credit card statement of the customer within 15 working days from the date of transaction, but may take more time in exceptional cases.
6. The credit card holder needs to be a passenger or should be one of them.
7. The Offer is valid until 30th November 2008.
8. This Offer will not be valid on cancelled tickets or for chargeback transactions. All such cancelled tickets or charge back transactions will not be considered under the offer. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the credit transactions in case the ticket is found to be cancelled later.
9. All tickets will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the Standard Airline Terms & Conditions.
10. Amendments/Cancellations/Refunds charges applicable as per the airline policy. Apart from the Airline charges Yatra.com will charge Rs. 300/- per booking as handling fee.
11. All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the Yatra.com Website would apply.
12. Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of Gurgaon, in the state of Haryana.
13. The Cash back for the eligible Credit Cardholders will reflect in the respective Credit card billing statement and not on the ticket.
14. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
15. Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Program by any other Program, whether similar to this Program or not or to withdraw it altogether.
