Terms and Conditions

1. The validity of the program is from 1st April, 2010 to 30 June 2010.
2. The discount extended by Yatra.com can be availed by the cardholder making a full purchase through Kotak credit card and net card at Yatra.com
3. Customers have to submit the discount coupon / promo code “Kotak” followed by 6 digit of the Credit Card No.( e.g. If Kotak card number is 1234 5678 9120 0000, then customer have to mention "Kotak123456" as the code in the promotion code filed to avail the discount) at review page during the booking process on www.yatra.com.
   
4. Discount coupon denomination for domestic Air ticket would be Flat Rs. 199/- on base fare.
   
5. Discount coupon denomination for Domestic Hotel would be 499 off on base tariff.
   
6. Discount coupon denomination for International Air would be 499 off on base fare.
   
7. The discount for Hotels and Air Ticket is applicable on per booking basis and not per night/ per person basis.
   
8. The discount coupons / promo code are valid for Domestic Air, & International Air and Domestic Hotel / holiday bookings as per the above denomination only. In case base fare / base tariff is less then the above mentioned denomination that customer will get the discount equivalent to base fare / base tariff only. One discount coupon would be used in a single transaction e.g. in case of Domestic Air basic fare is less than Rs. 200 then discount amount would be equal to basic fare only.
   
9. Discount will not be valid on cancelled tickets/bookings or for charge back transactions. In case any one way Air ticket is cancelled, discount will not be valid. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the discount in case the ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later.
   
10. This offer is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra notice.
    
11. The domestic Air offer is valid for all online bookings made on yatra.com website and valid on all Airlines and for all travel dates without any blackout dates.
    
12. The domestic Hotel and International Holiday offer is valid for online and offline bookings. Customer would require mentioning the promo code in all the booking on Yatra.com website.
    
13. The discount coupon would be provided and applicable only on the Base fare and basic tariff (as the case may be), which would be exclusive of all Government levies, statutory taxes and other charges.
    
14. Taxes, surcharge and other statutory levies on the services will be charged as per actual from the customer.
    
15. Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
    
16. Air tickets & hotel rooms will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline and hotels terms & conditions.
17. A customer is entitled to avail the discount only if customer makes the full payment for travel booking through Kotak credit card on yatra.com.
    
18. Promotion code cannot be exchanged for any other product/ cash or transferred to any other person.
    
19. The Promotion will not be applicable if the hotel is running a cash back offer itself or declared black-out dates.
    
20. All Yatra.com standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the Website would apply.
    
21. This offer is not valid for split bookings where customer makes multiple bookings to avail multiple discounts. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount or cancel the booking if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra notice.
    
22. All purchases made under the Promotion shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. In case of a cancellation, Yatra.com shall reverse the discount and shall not provide additional discount coupons to the customer.
    
23. This discount offer under this offer cannot be clubbed with other offers running parallely on www.yatra.com
    
24. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the state of Gurgaon.
25. The offer is only applicable on the domestic flights (except Jetlite and Jetairways)

Following are the terms of the offer:

• Kotak Bank’s customers are not bound in anyway to participate in this Program. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”
• The Discount will be applicable only when the customer uses the code at the time of booking the products on www.yatra.com
• To get the discount, customers are required to submit the discount coupon (in case of offline transactions)/ promo code at Step 3 in the Promotional Code field on http://www.yatra.com, the amount of discount received will be reflected on Step 4 onward on Yatra.com (in cases of online transactions).
• For Offline Bookings customer has to speak out the discount code clearly mentioning the spellings & the numerics. Customer will also need to specify if the alphabets of the discount code are in capital or small & if they have any space given between the alphabets & the numbers. Yatra does not take any responsibility if the customer mentions an incorrect code or an incomplete code to the agent & the discount is not passed to him/her.
• The discount component shall be applicable on the basic air fare/Room tariff/package cost and shall not be applicable on the tax component. Any component which includes food, beverages, or any other services consumed by the customer or any other statutory levies that would be chargeable to customers as per actual.
• The discount would be provided and applicable on the Base fare only which would be exclusive of all Government levies, statutory taxes and other charges.
• For flight booking minimum base fare should be equals to or greater than Rs. 500/- to get the discount. Taxes, surcharge and other statutory levies on the services will be charged as per actual from the customer.
• For Hotels Offer is valid on minimum transaction value of Rs. 3000/- (Exclusive of Taxes). per room night to be eligible for the discount under one booking. This offer is on Domestic hotels only.
• The offer will not be valid on split bookings, whereby a customer creates multiple bookings for multiple nights during a single stay in a hotel.
• No two offers can be clubbed together and availed. Yatra reserves the right to choose which offer to provide the customers in case of a single transaction becoming eligible for multiple offers.
• This offer is not valid on cancelled tickets or for charge back transactions. All such cancelled tickets or charge back transactions will not be considered under the Program. Yatra /Kotak BANK reserve the right to reverse the credit transactions in case the ticket is found to be cancelled later.
• The above offer shall be valid for all online & offline transactions at www.Yatra.com only and not through any other channel.
• All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the Yatra Website would apply.
• All other standard Terms & Conditions of respective hotels/airlines would apply.
• The discount amount will be deducted from the refund amount on any cancellations of booking. Standard charges apply incase of cancellations.
• Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon.
