Redemption Process

• Customer can only avail the offer once the return travel has been completed.
• The redemption of this offer can be done from 06th Feb 09 -15th Feb 09.
• The free air ticket can be availed for travel between 10th Feb 2009 till 30th March 2009 on Indigo only.
• For redemption please call up Yatra customer service number.
  
• The air ticket confirmation will be given to customers within 3 working days.
  

Terms and Conditions

• The offer is valid for Indigo tickets booked through Yatra.Com in from 21st January – 05th February 2009 and travel completed by 12th Feb 2009.
• The offer entitles customer a zero base fare, however taxes and surcharges will be borne by the customer.
• Free ticket will be offered to same passengers who have made the earlier booking. It is non transferable.
• The free air ticket is valid for travel between 10th Feb2009 till 30th March2009.
• The redemption of free tickets has to be done between 6th Feb and before 15th Feb 09
• Free ticket will be non changeable and non refundable.
• The redemption of free tickets can be done after completing the travel.
• The free tickets would be subject to availability of seats and will be subject to standard terms and conditions of Yatra.com
• The booking request needs to be sent atleast 4 days prior to free air ticket travel date.
• Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar without any prior notice.
• All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned for the cancelation will apply.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with other offers on the participating Airlines currently running on www.yatra.com. In case of any dispute, the decision of Yatra.com will be final.
