Terms and Conditions

• This Citibank Travel loan Benefit Program is open to all Yatra.com customers’ wishes to buy Travel services under this program.
• Travel Benefits under the program will be provided by Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. and Loan benefits will be provided by Citibank.
• To avail the benefits under this program a Customer requires making a travel reservation of minimum transaction value of 50,000 and above.
• Yatra.com customer would be able to get the travel loan benefits from Citibank under a special interest rate of 14.00% (reducing rates).
• Loan approval is at the sole discretion of Citibank and is subject to Citibank’s internal credit processing criteria. The special interest rate offer would be valid only, if the Customer buys the travel services through Yatra.com.
• In the event Customer misses to purchase the travel services against which he has taken the loan then, Citibank can cancel /recover the loan amount and Yatra shall, in no way, be liable for the same to refund any cancellation charges to the customer.
• The Offer would be valid only, if the Customer submits all the required documents to Citibank as per the Citibank internal loan processing requirements.
• Maximum amount of travel loan, for any eligible customer availing this Offer at a time, would not exceed by Rupees 5.00 Lakh. All bookings will be subject to availability at the time of travel booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of Yatra.com.
• The booking has to be made atleast 7 days prior to the date of Travel.
• Name change / rescheduling /cancellation of the passenger(s), will be made as per the standard booking / rescheduling / cancellation policies of yatra.com. In case of change of itinerary standard terms & conditions of Yatra.com apply.
• The travel booking/ dispatch / fulfilment process is completely managed by Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd.(“Yatra”). Citibank shall, in no way, be responsible for any ticket / travel fulfilment issues that may arise during the travel booking process.
• Yatra.com will not be held liable for any cancellation, postponement etc. of the travel loan for which the booking is done by the Customer and that Yatra.com shall in no way be liable to reimburse any losses to the Customer on an occurrence of such an event.
• Yatra.com does not hold any warranty or make any representation of the quality of services provided by Citibank under this Offer. Also, Yatra.com bears no responsibility for the nature of services/amenities provided during the designated Citibank person and will not entertain any complaints/disputes regarding the same. The Customers should directly address, any complaints and/or disputes regarding service, amenities and/or products provided to the Customers without making yatra.com any party into it.
• Any disputes as regards delivery or fulfilment of loan and/or services provided by Citibank under this Offer must be addressed by the Customer in writing to Citibank directly and that Yatra.com shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
• Any issue or complaint regarding the failure of the loan approval shall be addressed solely by Citibank and Yatra shall not be liable for the same.
• Yatra does not, through this Offer, endorse the quality or the efficacy of the Citibank Travel loan services/facility offered by Citibank, and Yatra shall not be responsible for any issues or complaints related to the Loan, which is the sole responsibility of Citibank and the usage of the same is governed by Citibank terms & conditions.
• Nothing contained in this Offer will be construed as an obligation for Citibank customers to continue the loan after the booking process cancellation.
• Citibank and Yatra reserve the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
• Citibank and Yatra shall not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to the customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of services under this Offer.
