Terms and Conditions for MasterCard Travel Benefits

1. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer currently available on Yatra.com
2. The MasterCard Travel Benefits Program is not open to Citibank Titanium, Citibank Platinum and Citibank World MasterCard Credit Card holders between 10th June 2008 25th August 2008 for International Air tickets and domestic hotel bookings
3. This MasterCard Travel Benefits Program is open to cardholders of Titanium, Platinum and World MasterCard branded payment Cards issued in India & whose accounts are current and in good standing.
4. Cardholders are required to present / use their Titanium, Platinum or World MasterCard branded payment cards to avail / pay for all benefits & services under this program.
5. Benefits under the program will be provided by Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. through their website www.MasterCard.yatra.com , www.yatra.com ,call centre, retail outlets and any other points of presence specified from time to time.
6. The MasterCard Travel Benefits Program is in operation from immediate effect from 28th Feb 2008 till 2nd April 2009.
7. The Discount will be in the form of cash back. Discount will be valid on bookings on all scheduled Domestic and International Airlines (Full service and Low cost carriers) and all Domestic and International Hotels & Holidays made through Yatra. However, bookings on Air Deccan shall not be valid for discount/cash back.
8. A Cardholder is eligible for 10% discount/cash back on the base fare of Air tickets and on basic room rate for Hotel Bookings subject to the under-mentioned maximum limits per calendar year ( January December ) :

9. Discount/cash back will be valid for air tickets/hotel bookings for which full payment has been made to Yatra.
10. The Discount/Cash Back is valid only for such bookings where holder of the Card through which payment was made is one of the travelers/guests OR the surname of at least one of the travelers is the same as that of the holder of the card through which payment was made.
11. Taxes, surcharges and other statutory levies on the air tickets and Hotel rooms/holidays will be will be charged as per actual from the customer, without any Discount/Cash Back offered on them.
12. All tickets / bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the Standard Airline & Hotel Terms & Conditions.
13. The amount of Discount/Cash Back will reflect in the respective Card statement of next month (usually within 30 working days from the date of transaction) and not on the ticket.
14. Discount/Cash back will not be valid on cancelled tickets/bookings or for charge back transactions. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the cash back in case the ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later.
15. The Cash Back shall be credited to the same Card used for the purpose of making the payment at the time of purchase. All purchases made under the Program shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules.
16. Yatra shall charge a service fee for Visa facilitation of Rs. 299/- per Visa. All other fees and levies will be borne by the Cardholder.
17. The MasterCard Travel benefits program is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back if such a case is brought or comes to its notice.
18. Benefits provided under this program such as Home visits of travel planners, Visa facilitation service, Check in assistance, door delivery of tickets/documents, etc are provided on a best effort basis.
19. MasterCard & Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
20. The Benefits under this Program are offered by Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. and MasterCard is neither responsible for nor guarantees the quality or delivery of the benefits/services.
21. The use of a Card by a cardholder is governed by the terms and conditions as specified by the Card Issuing bank. Yatra is neither responsible nor guarantees the efficiency of use of MasterCard cards by cardholder and is not liable for any defect that a cardholder may face with the use of the same.
22. The benefits under the program cannot be clubbed with other offers running on www.yatra.com. In case of any dispute or discretion, Yatra Onlines decision will be binding.
23. All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the Yatra Website would apply.
24. Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon.
