Terms and Conditions

• This offer is valid for Go Air tickets booked till 31st March 2009 using credit card on Yatra.com.
• This offer entitles flat 50% Cash Back on base fare on GoAir flight booked on yatra.com till 31st March 2009
• The travel period restriction is till 15th April 2009.
• The discount will be in the form of Cash Back only.
• Cash Back will be valid for tickets bookings for which full payment has been made to Yatra.
• Taxes, surcharges and other statutory levies on the air tickets will be charged as per actual from the customer, without any Cash Back offered on them.
• All tickets/bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the Standard Airline & Terms & Conditions.
• The Cash Back amount will usually reflect in the respective Card statement of next month (usually within 30 working days from the date of transaction) and not on the ticket.
• Cash Back will not be valid on cancelled tickets/bookings or for charge back transactions. In case any ticket is cancelled in a single booking, cash back offer will not be valid. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back in case the ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later.
• The Cash Back shall be credited to the same credit card used for the purpose of making the payment at the time of purchase. All purchases made under the offer shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules.
• This offer is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back if such a case is brought or comes to its notice.
• Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
• The use of a credit card by a cardholder is governed by the terms and conditions as specified by the card issuing bank.
• The benefits under the program cannot be clubbed with other offers running on www.yatra.com. In case the transaction is made using Master Card Titanium, Platinum, or World Master Card only 10% cash back offer will be applicable. In case of any dispute or discretion, Yatra Online’s decision will be binding.

• Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
