Terms & Conditions

• Yatra LFA is available to B2C customer.
• LFA is free of cost service for B2C customers and applicable to only economy class fares.
• Yatra LFA applies only to domestic airline tickets booked on Yatra.com using a valid credit/debit card issued in India with Indian billing address.
• Yatra LFA applies only to the total airfare (base fare plus airline taxes) and does not apply to difference based on service,booking, processing, shipping and other charges not collected on the airline ticket.
• The confirmed airfare and itinerarybooked on Yatra.com will be compared to the same itineraries subsequently available on Yatra.com for drops in fare up to 48hrs the day customer fly.
• Yatra LFA does not apply to lower airfares that are available on other Web sites.
• If a customer books a refundable flight ticket on Yatra.com and later refund the ticket prior to completing the travel, any refund due to Yatra LFA will become void and invalid. Also in case the customer cancels or changes the original booking after being informed of the lower fare and the subsequent refund due to him, the potential refund will not be valid.
• Yatra LFA will not apply to air fares that are not available to the general public like corporate discount airfares, private fares, govt. fares, consolidator fares.
• Yatra LFA will not apply to airfares sold as part of a package. This will apply only to individual flights booked via Yatra.com
• Yatra reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny any claims that are suspected or deemed fraudulent.
• Yatra reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate LFA at anytime and/or for airfares booked on any air carrier which files for or becomes the subject of any bankruptcy proceeding, or becomes part of, or subject to a merger, acquisition, or other change in entity status.
• Yatra LFA will not apply in the event of natural catastrophes, acts of terrorism, third party errors, technical failures, software or system malfunctions, governmental acts, transportation stoppages or slowdowns, or other events beyond its control.
• Customer will be given the refund amount only on his credit/debit card account OR a credit advice will be issued in his favor.
• The refunded amount should be used for purchase of travel services only on Yatra website and this amount should be used within X no of days.
• One refund will be issued per each qualifying reservation.
• If the Yatra LFA program is canceled for any reason, the refund already issued will continue to be valid until the expiration date of the refund notice.
