1.	"Book any Domestic Hotel with us and get Rs. 350 off on Domestic Air Tickets" promotion is open to all Yatra Online Private Limited (Yatra) customers.
2.	Customers are required to make their Hotel bookings minimum of Rs. 2,000 per transaction by using any payment option available on yatra.com and he becomes entitled for a discount of Rs. 350 on domestic air tickets on www.yatra.com till Feb 28, 2010.
3.	Discount on Air Ticket can be availed till February 28, 2010. The base fare of the Domestic Air Ticket should be atleast Rs. 350 for availing the discount under this promotion.
4.	A customer is entitled to avail the discount only if he makes the full payment in advance for hotel booking as well as Domestic Air Ticket through any of the options available on yatra.com.
5.	The discount is applicable on per-transaction basis. The customer can use the promo code only once to avail a flight booking, and should use the same email address for booking the flight ticket as is used for the hotel booking.
6.	Promotion code will be activated only after 24 hours of the Domestic hotel booking as per the offer. Promotion code can not be exchanged for any other product/ cash or transferred to any other person.
7.	The Promotion will not be applicable if the Hotel or Airline is running a cash back /discount offer itself or declared black-out dates.
8.	This offer is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra notice.
9.	The discount coupon would be provided and applicable only on the Base Fare, which would be exclusive of all Government levies, statutory taxes and other charges.
10.	All purchases (Hotel as well as Air Tickets) made under the Promotion shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. The discount is not applicable on cancellation of bookings and the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund amount on cancellations of booking, if any.
11.	Taxes, surcharge and other statutory levies on the services will be charged as per actual from the customer.
12.	Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
