Terms & Conditions

1. Customers making domestic flight booking with Yatra.com till June 30, 2010 will receive the promotion code for this offer via SMS. The promotion code, which would generally be the Yatra Reference Number, will be sent to the Mobile Number provided at the time of booking the flight. In case you don't receive the SMS within 2 hours of booking the flight, please contact Yatra Customer Care.
2. The promotion code sent via SMS will be valid for 30 days from the date of the flight booking. It can be used on the Yatra.com website to book hotels with India and avail a discount of 25% or Rs 1,250 (whichever is less) on the base tariff.
3. All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the Website would apply.
4. Promotion code can be availed for discount on domestic hotels within 30 days of flight booking with Yatra.com. Promotion code cannot be exchanged for any other product/ cash or transferred to any other person. Hotel discount promotion code will be sent for flight bookings done till 30th June 2010.
5. This offer is open to selected Yatra customers who have received the promotion code and who produce the same while booking hotel with Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd.
6. This offer is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra notice.
7. The discount would be provided and applicable only on the Basic tariff, which would be exclusive of all Government levies, statutory taxes and other charges.
8. All purchases (Hotel as well as Air Tickets) made under the Promotion shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. The discount is not applicable on cancellation of bookings and the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund amount on cancellations of booking, if any. Discount on hotels would not be applicable for cancelled flight bookings.
9. Taxes, surcharge and other statutory levies on the services will be charged as per actual from the customer.
10. Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
11. This discount offer under this offer cannot be clubbed with other hotel related offers running parallely by Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd.
12. This Promotion Code cannot be availed to split a continuous stay at a hotel into different bookings using different names/email/phone/identity. Yatra will take final decision on identifying and removing such bookings from the offer.
13. All hotel and flight booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard hotel and flight terms & conditions.
14. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the final decision of Yatra.
15. This promotion is open to all Yatra Online Private Limited (Yatra) customers only. This offer is not valid for Yatra's & other business associates' employees, their family, friends & relatives.
16. The Promotion will not be applicable if the Hotel or Airline is running a cash back /discount offer itself or declared black-out dates.
17. A customer is entitled to avail the discount only if he makes the full payment in advance for hotel booking as well as Domestic Air Ticket through any of the options available on Yatra.com.
