Terms & Conditions

1. The marketing programs (“Programs”) from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (SBICPSL) and Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd are open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (i.e. with no outstanding of more than 30 days (SBI Card) excluding Corporate Card.)
2. The Validity of the Program (Term) is from October 15th 2010 to 31st Dec2010
3. The discount extended can be availed by the Cardholders making a full purchase only through their SBI Card at Yatra.com
4. The discount extended can be availed by the Cardholders making a purchase through their SBI Card only.
5. Customers have to submit the discount coupon / promo code (SY) followed by first 6 digits of SBI Card number. (For e.g.: if the SBI Card number is 1234 5678 9012 1234, then the promo code will be SY123456) at step 3 of the booking process on www.yatra.com in the promotional code field. The amount of discount received will reflect on step 4 onward on Yatra.com
6. Discount coupon denomination for domestic Air ticket would be Flat Rs. 200/- on base fare.
7. Discount coupon denomination for Domestic Hotel would be 20% subject to maximum of Rs. 1000/- off on base tariff.
8. Discount will not be valid on cancelled tickets/bookings or for charge back transactions. In case any one-way Air ticket is cancelled, discount will not be valid. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the discount in case the ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later.
9. In case base fare / base tariff is less than Rs 200 then discount amount would be equal to base fare.
10. The discount for Hotels is applicable on per booking basis and not per night/ per person basis.
11. Flat Rs. 2000 discount shall be offered on International Far Eastern Holiday listed on Yatra.com (countries are Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, Dubai, Indonesia, Mauritius & Maldives).
12. Flat Rs. 5000 discount shall be offered on European Holidays tagged under the European Category on Yatra.com.
13. The discount coupons / promo code are valid for Domestic Air, & International packages and Domestic Hotel bookings as per the above denomination only. In case base fare / base tariff is less then the above-mentioned denomination that customer will get the discount equivalent to base fare / base tariff only. One discount coupon would be used in a single transaction e.g. in case of Domestic Air basic fare is less than Rs. 200 then discount amount would be equal to basic fare only.
14. This offer is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra notice.
15. The domestic Hotel and International Holiday offer is valid for online and offline bookings. Customer would require mentioning the promo code in all the booking on Yatra.com website.

17. The discount coupon would be provided and applicable only on the Base fare and basic tariff (as the case may be), which would be exclusive of all Government levies, statutory taxes and other charges.
18. All tickets & hotel rooms will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline and hotels terms & conditions
19. The Promotion will not be applicable if the hotel is running cash back offer itself or declared blackout dates.
20. All Yatra.com standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the Website would apply.
21. This offer is not valid for split bookings where customer makes multiple bookings to avail multiple discounts. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount or cancel the booking if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra notice.
22. All purchases made under the Promotion shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. In case of a cancellation, Yatra.com shall reverse the discount and shall not provide additional discount coupons to the customer.
23. The Exclusive offers/discounts extended by Yatra.com would also be governed by any further condition/s, as and if specified on the offer communication
24. The Exclusive offers/ discounts mentioned are as committed by Yatra.com. However, Cardholders are requested to confirm the same before making a purchase. SBICPSL would not accept any liability arising out of the above-mentioned Exclusive offer/Discounts or any other Exclusive offer/Discount that are being extended by Yatra.com.
25. SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands or services being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products.
26. The Exclusive offers/discounts under these Programs cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by Yatra.com as part of any other arrangement. However, the offer is applicable at the available listed prices on Yatra.com
27. All the existing offers that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication overleaf.

29. Products offered under this program are subject to availability & Yatra.com shall be liable for non-availability.
30. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Yatra.com.
31. SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of the offers, free gifts or discounts under the Program.
32. All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
33. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL to be conducted in accordance to Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
34. Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programmes. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
35. SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to these Programmes at any time with/without prior notice.
