• Yatra reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate LFA at anytime and/or for airfares booked on any air carrier which files for or becomes the subject of any bankruptcy proceeding, or becomes part of, or subject to a merger, acquisition, or other change in entity status.
• Yatra LFA will not apply in the event of natural catastrophes, acts of terrorism, third party errors, technical failures, software or system malfunctions, governmental acts, transportation stoppages or slowdowns, or other events beyond its control.
• Customer will be given the refund amount only on his credit/debit card account OR a credit advice will be issued in his favor.
• The refunded amount should be used for purchase of travel services only on Yatra website and this amount should be used within X no of days.
• One refund will be issued per each qualifying reservation.
• If the Yatra LFA program is canceled for any reason, the refund already issued will continue to be valid until the expiration date of the refund notice.

• The Due Date for paying the Balance Amount will be displayed to the Customer on the website at the time of making the booking and paying the advance. Customer is encouraged to clarify the Due Date before making any advance payment in the event of any confusion regarding the same.
