• This offer is valid on all the Paramount Air tickets booked between 7th July - 08th Aug 2009 using a credit card on Yatra.com and travel to be completed before 30th September 2009.
• The offer entitles flat Rs 200 cash back all the sectors booked before 08th Aug2009.
• For example – If 1 passenger traveling MAA- DEL then applicable cash back will be Rs 200 and if 1 passenger traveling/booking MAA-DEL–MAA then applicable cash back will be on all Rs 400 and so on.
• The travel should be completed by 30th September 2009.
• This offer entitles instant cash back on all the sectors. Please refer to the Fare Summary for the effective price to be paid for the flight ticket.
• Taxes, surcharges and other statutory levies on the air tickets will be charged as per actual from the customer, without any Cash Back offered on them.
• All tickets/bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the Standard Airline & Terms & Conditions.
• Cash back will be valid for flight tickets bookings for which full payment has been made to Yatra.
• Cash back will not be valid on cancelled tickets/bookings or for charge back transactions. In case any ticket is cancelled in a single booking, cash back offer will not be valid. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the cash back in case the ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer currently available on Yatra.com.
• The Cash Back shall be credited to the same Card used for the purpose of making the payment at the time of purchase. All purchases made under the offer shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rule.
• This offer is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back if such a case is brought or comes to its notice.
• Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
• The use of a Card by a cardholder is governed by the terms and conditions as specified by the Card Issuing bank.
• The benefits under the program cannot be clubbed with other offers running on www.yatra.com. In case of any dispute or discretion, Yatra Online’s decision will be binding.
• All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the Yatra Website would apply.
• Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon.
