Terms & Conditions

1.  This offer is valid on all SpiceJet flights booked between 1 July2009 - 31st Jul 2009 using credit card on yatra.com.
2. The offer entitles cash back below:

   Airline	Tickets booked 30 Days or more in advance	Tickets booked with in 30 Days
   SpiceJet	50% of base fare or Rs 150 (whichever is lower)	15% of base fare or Rs 100 (whichever is lower)

3. The offer would be in form of instant discount.
4. The travel should be completed by 15th September09
5. Instant Cash back will be valid for flight tickets bookings for which full payment has been made to Yatra.
6. Taxes, surcharges and other statutory levies on the air tickets will be charged as per actual from the customer, without any Instant Cash Back offered on them.
7. All air tickets / bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the Standard Airline & Terms & Conditions.
8. Instant Cash back will not be valid on cancelled tickets/bookings or for charge back transactions. In case any ticket is cancelled in a single booking, cash back offer will not be valid. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the cash back in case the flight ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later.
9. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer currently available on Yatra.com
10. All purchases made under the offer shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules.
11. This offer is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back if such a case is brought or comes to its notice
12. Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
13. The use of a Card by a cardholder is governed by the terms and conditions as specified by the Card Issuing bank.
