Terms and Conditions

1. “See Din Mein Stars” promotion is open to all customers of Yatra.com.
2. Customers making any travel booking being offered by Yatra.com are eligible to participate under this offer.
3. Benefits under the promotion will be provided by Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. through its website www.yatra.com, call centre and retail outlets.
4. This offer is valid from 21st June 2009 up to 09th July 2009.
5. The winner will be offered a chance to meet one of the stars of the film New York. He/She would also get a chance to click photograph, autograph and shake hands with this film star.
6. The winner shall be announced on the basis of a lucky draw. The winner will be announced once the offer period is over and informed through e-mail or a phone call. This would be done within a week from the end of the activity.
7. The Meet & Greet activity would take place at Mumbai and the winner (if from outside Mumbai) would have to make his/her own travel arrangements to Mumbai. The local transportation cost would also be borne by the winner. Yatra can provide the assistance on best effort basis and can provide the services on chargeable basis.
8. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer currently available on Yatra.com.
9. The prize cannot be exchanged with cash and Yatra reserves the right to transfer the prize to someone else if the winner is not in a position to travel.
10. If due to conditions out of Yatra’s control or unavailability of the film star, the winner is not able to meet the film star (s), Yatra will solely decide a new date for the winner to meet the star in future. In such an event of rescheduling, Yatra shall not be liable to compensate the winner for any loss by way of cancelled tickets, cancelled hotel bookings, etc. that the Winner may incur. Under no circumstances will Yatra be liable to make any “cash equivalent” payment to a winner.
11. The offer would be made only for such bookings where holder of the Card through which payment was made is the traveler/guest OR the surname of the travelers is the same as that of the holder of the card through which payment was made.
12. This program is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra Online reserves the right to withdraw the prize if such a case is brought or comes to its notice.
13. Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserve the sole right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions, or travel dates, or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.

15. In case of any dispute or discretion, Yatra’s decision will be final and binding.
